Surviving Covid19

Balancing stay at home and classes

Greetings everyone! I hope you are all well. I must say the this is perhaps the most imposing situation that I've ever experienced. Happily, I still cook for my clients as well as teach my high school culinary students. Both have to be handled from my home. I cook then deliver my clients meals. Through the magic of eLearning, I get to see and interact with my students. Perhaps the BEST thing that has happened is I lost 30 pounds!
I look forward to hearing who still is running their business, coping with 'Stay at Home,' or just saying hello.
Be safe!!

"Back in my home country, South Africa (still in quarantine and not at home with family yet) . Was not part of my dream and plans for my future (especially being new to the culinary world). But embracing everything cause everything happens for a reason."
